family.tech

for the ones who stayed

family.tech is a Solana launchpad built for holders.

Every Family launch caps early concentration, sends Family fees back to holders, and can reserve its first hour for wallets with at least one year of Solana history.

Old wallets get first access. Holders get the fees.

Family Hour

When a creator leaves Family Hour on, the first 60 minutes of trading are reserved for wallets with at least 365 days of verified Solana history. After the hour, anyone can buy. Selling is never restricted by wallet age — nobody can be stuck in a position because of this rule.

The 2.5% launch cap

While a token is in its Family-controlled launch phase, no ordinary wallet can hold more than 2.5% of supply — 25,000,000 of 1,000,000,000 tokens. It is a limit on your position, not on a single trade, so splitting a buy into smaller pieces does not get around it. If you sell down, you can buy back up to the cap. Pools and protocol accounts are exempt so trading keeps working. The cap ends when the token graduates to open public trading.

Fees go to holders

100% of the trading fees Family controls for a token are returned to the holders of that token — not the creator, not a treasury, not us. Your share is worked out from your time-weighted balance over each hour, so buying just before a payout and selling right after does not earn you someone else's share. If an outside protocol takes a cut of its own, that was never Family revenue and we do not count it as such.

What wallet age means

A Solana keypair has no birthday recorded on chain. So we define a wallet's age as the time since the earliest finalized, successful transaction it actually signed. An address that merely received an airdrop years ago does not qualify: we look for evidence the wallet was genuinely being used. Verification reads archival Solana history on our server, once, and caches the result.

What this does not do

Anyone can make more wallets. Wallet age raises the cost of flooding a launch with fresh addresses; it is not proof of humanity and it is not complete Sybil resistance, and we will not describe it as either. Tokens launched here can be volatile and can lose all their value. Family provides no custody, no warranties, and no financial advice — your wallet signs every transaction, and you are responsible for what you buy.
